Your work permit medical, in one visit.

Physician exam, the infectious-disease panel, urinalysis, TB skin test, and any vaccinations you need. The file you leave with is the one Immigration is looking for. On these islands since 2008.

The full panel

Everything Immigration asks for

TCI Immigration sets the panel. We run all of it here so you don't have to chase tests across multiple providers.

What’s included

  • Physician examination
  • HIV 1/2 antibody screen
  • Syphilis (RPR)
  • Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg)
  • Urinalysis
  • Mantoux TB skin test (read 48 to 72 hours later)
  • Required vaccinations administered on-site
  • Application document preparation

What to expect

How the visit goes

Most people are in and out in under an hour for the first visit, plus a 5-minute return for the TB read.

  1. 01

    You check in

A board-certified physician reviews your medical history and does the physical exam.

  2. 02

    Blood, urine, and TB

Quick blood draw for the infectious-disease panel, a urinalysis sample, and the Mantoux TB injection. All in the same visit.

  3. 03

    Vaccinations if needed

If Immigration's requirements call for vaccinations you don't have on file, we give them on-site.

  4. 04

Back in 48 to 72 hours

A separate 5-minute visit to read the TB injection site. This part can't be skipped. Immigration requires the read.

  5. 05

    Your file, assembled

You leave with the complete set of test results and supporting documents. The medical certificate itself is issued by Migrant Health, not by us; we make sure they have what they need from you.

Before you come in

A few things to know

What to bring

Passport, any previous vaccination records you have, and the employer letter or job offer if Immigration is asking for it. If you're not sure, bring everything.

Fasting or prep?

No fasting required. Come in during business hours, walk-ins welcome.

How long it takes

Under an hour for the first visit for most people. Then a 5-minute follow-up 48 to 72 hours later for the TB read.

Who issues the certificate

Migrant Health issues the certificate, not us. What we provide is the panel results and documentation Migrant Health needs to issue it.

Why us for this

What you actually get for choosing here

Anyone can list the panel. What makes the difference is whether your file clears Immigration the first time and whether you got the medical done without losing a day of your trip or your hire's onboarding.

The whole panel, one building

Exam, blood draw, urinalysis, TB injection, vaccinations: all done here, in the same visit. No bouncing between providers, no samples shipping off-island.

We know what Immigration wants

Seventeen years of preparing these files. We know which forms Immigration is looking for and the format they want them in. The file you leave with is the file they expect.

Same-day lab results

The infectious-disease panel and urinalysis are processed in our lab. You don't wait on overseas couriers for results that should be ready by the end of the day.
