Urgent care
Gastro, infections, fever, dehydration, ear pain — anything that came on while you're here. A doctor in the same building, the same day.
For visitors
Walk in for urgent care, lab work, or a prescription refill. The receipts your travel insurance needs are part of the visit. On Providenciales since 2008.
What we handle
Most of these are same-day. Bring your travel-insurance details if you want the paperwork started while you're here.
Gastro, infections, fever, dehydration, ear pain — anything that came on while you're here. A doctor in the same building, the same day.
Coral cuts, jellyfish stings, sea-urchin spines, dive-related injuries. Cleaned, treated, and documented for your insurer.
Pre-flight tests, illness work-up, or whatever your insurer or doctor back home wants run. Most results back the same day.
Ran out, lost a bottle, or need something local. A doctor's visit gets you what you need plus the paperwork to bring home.
Sunburn that needs more than aloe, heat exhaustion, dehydration, traveler's stomach. Treated quickly so the rest of your trip isn't a write-off.
If you've been ill or had a procedure, your airline or insurer may need confirmation you're fit to travel. We can issue that documentation.
Why visitors come here
You're already on holiday. The last thing you need is paperwork that doesn't go through, or a clinic that doesn't get how travel insurance works.
Itemized, signed, and timestamped in the format most travel insurers ask for. Your reimbursement claim isn't held up by missing paperwork.
Hotels, resorts, charter boats, dive shops. If you can't get to the clinic, sometimes we can come to you. Mention it when you call.
Walk in, see a doctor, get the lab work, leave with the documentation. Most visitor cases are handled the same day.
We've been doing this since 2008. We've seen what visitors come in for and we know the paperwork your insurer wants before you ask.
A few things to know
Upfront at the time of service. We give you the receipt and documentation for your insurer; the reimbursement is your claim to file, not ours.
Dial 911 first. We handle urgent but not emergent care. For chest pain, severe bleeding, or a serious accident, the hospital is the right call.
Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM. Saturday 10 AM to 2 PM. Closed Sunday. Walk-ins welcome during these hours; calling ahead is faster.
Walk in during business hours, give us a call, or send a note. We'll work you in.
