At our clinic or, for larger groups, at your workplace if that makes more sense. For random testing we can handle the selection so it stays genuinely random.

Trained staff handle the collection with proper chain-of-custody when it's needed. Each sample is documented from the moment it's sealed.

Most panels are processed in-house. Anything that needs confirmation (a non-negative that has to hold up under scrutiny) goes to our accredited partner.

Routine negatives back fast. For results that need confirmation or follow-up, you get the report with the documentation needed for any action.

When a result might support an employment decision, an insurance claim, or a legal proceeding, chain-of-custody is what makes it defensible. We do it as standard for random and post-incident testing.
Results go only to the designated HR contact you nominate, not to other staff and not to third parties. Standard medical confidentiality applies.
Routine negatives same-day to next-day in most cases. Positives that need confirmation can take a few days, since they go to our accredited partner.
