How a testing round goes

Low effort on your end once the account is set up. Your HR makes one call (or one email), we handle the rest.

    You tell us what you need

    What kind of testing, how many people, on what timeline. We match the panel and protocol to whatever your requirement or insurer is asking for.

    We schedule the collection

    At our clinic or, for larger groups, at your workplace if that makes more sense. For random testing we can handle the selection so it stays genuinely random.

  3. 03

    Collection happens

    Trained staff handle the collection with proper chain-of-custody when it's needed. Each sample is documented from the moment it's sealed.

    Processing in our lab

    Most panels are processed in-house. Anything that needs confirmation (a non-negative that has to hold up under scrutiny) goes to our accredited partner.

  5. 05

    Results to your HR

    Routine negatives back fast. For results that need confirmation or follow-up, you get the report with the documentation needed for any action.

A few things to know

Who pays for what

Typically the employer pays for testing they request (pre-employment, random, post-incident). We invoice the employer directly. Individual employees rarely pay at the point of service.

Chain-of-custody, when it matters

When a result might support an employment decision, an insurance claim, or a legal proceeding, chain-of-custody is what makes it defensible. We do it as standard for random and post-incident testing.

Confidentiality

Results go only to the designated HR contact you nominate, not to other staff and not to third parties. Standard medical confidentiality applies.

Turnaround

Routine negatives same-day to next-day in most cases. Positives that need confirmation can take a few days, since they go to our accredited partner.
