How we handle information collected through this website.

Last updated: 23 May 2026

This page explains how AccuDiagnostics collects, uses, and protects information when you visit accu-diagnostics.com or get in touch through this site. It does not cover the separate clinical records we keep for patients of the clinic. Those are stored apart from this website and governed by our professional confidentiality and clinical record-keeping obligations.

It also does not cover our patient booking portal at portal.accu-diagnostics.com, which has its own privacy practices that apply when you use it.

Who we are

AccuDiagnostics (“we”, “our”) is a diagnostic laboratory and general practice operating at C101 Cabot House, Graceway IGA Plaza, Leeward Highway, Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at information@accudiagnostics.org or +1 (649) 946-8308.

What we collect through this website

When you fill in the contact form, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number, if you choose to provide one
  • The message you send us

That is the entirety of what the form asks for. We do not ask for and do not collect any personal medical information through this website. If you need to discuss something clinical, do so in person at the clinic rather than through the form.

When you simply visit the site, the company hosting our website (Hostinger) records standard server-access information: your IP address, the page you visited, your browser and operating system, and the time. This is the same baseline data any web host receives. We do not combine it with any other information about you.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. We do not track you across sessions or sites.

The Google Map embedded on our Contact page is loaded from Google and may set its own cookies when it loads. That is governed by Google’s own privacy practices, not ours. If you have not interacted with the map, Google still receives a request when the page loads (in order to render it).

Why we collect it

We collect your contact-form details for one reason: to read your message and reply. If your message describes something clinical, we may route it to the appropriate person on our team to make sure you get the right response. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside our practice except as described below.

Where your information goes

Form submissions travel through a few services before reaching us:

  • Cloudflare Workers runs the form handler that validates your message and forwards it on.
  • Resend sends two emails on our behalf: a copy of your message to our clinic inbox, and a short confirmation email back to you. Resend processes the email only long enough to deliver it.
  • Microsoft 365 hosts our clinic inbox (information@accudiagnostics.org), where your message remains until we have dealt with it and any reasonable archiving period after.

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices that apply to data passing through their systems. We chose them because they take data protection seriously, but each one’s own privacy policy is what ultimately governs the data while it is with them.

How long we keep your information

Contact-form messages remain in our email inbox for as long as we reasonably need them to handle your inquiry and any follow-up that comes from it. After that, they are archived or deleted as part of routine inbox housekeeping. If you would like a specific message of yours deleted sooner, email us and we will take care of it.

Patient clinical records are stored and retained separately, in line with our professional clinical record-keeping obligations. They are not stored on this website or in the systems above.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what information we have about you
  • Correct anything that is wrong
  • Delete your information, where we are not legally required to keep it
  • Stop using it for a particular purpose

Email information@accudiagnostics.org for any of the above. We will respond as quickly as we reasonably can.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children through the site. Medical care for minors is arranged directly with their parents or guardians at the clinic, not through the contact form.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and revise the “last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be flagged plainly so you can see what is different.

Questions

If something on this page is unclear or you have a privacy concern, email information@accudiagnostics.org or call +1 (649) 946-8308 during clinic hours.
