What it is for
A routine panel that covers your kidneys, liver, blood sugar and salts in one go. Doctors often order it with a CBC at an annual check-up.
Before you come in
Preparation
Fast 8 h
- Nothing to eat or drink except water for 8 hours before the draw.
- Take your usual medicines with water unless your doctor has told you not to.
Water is fine. Take regular medicines unless your doctor says otherwise.
What to bring
- Photo ID
- A list of medicines you take
Ready when you are.
Walk in during business hours, or call ahead and we will have a time set for you.
