Three results from one draw. TSH is the signal from the brain, free T3 and free T4 are the hormones the thyroid actually makes. Doctors order the set for tiredness, weight change, palpitations, or to keep an eye on thyroid medicine.

- Tell us if you take thyroid medicine or biotin supplements.
If you take thyroid medicine, tell us; your doctor may want the draw before your morning dose.
