Founder's Story
The gap that started it all.
In 2008, Shanwell Gardiner saw a gap in healthcare on Providenciales. No private lab existed where residents could get reliable testing without hospital waits or being sent off-island. He founded AccuDiagnostics to bring accurate, accessible diagnostics to TCI.
What started as a single-room lab at Graceway Plaza grew into a full-service facility — physician, comprehensive lab, occupational health, specialty screening.
During COVID-19, AccuDiagnostics became a government-approved PCR testing site, processing thousands of tests and helping keep the islands safe and open.
Today, AccuDiagnostics continues evolving — digital health technology, expanded services, and the same founding principle: every person in TCI deserves accurate, affordable, compassionate healthcare.
